"It's good news that trailers will be shown at the festival for the first time. Trailers will make a big contribution to advertising television shows," said Ha Nam, deputy-head of the organisation board.
Although Minh Anh is young, she has won many prestigious international prizes such as the first prize in the international piano Concours San Sebastian in 2003.
The Vietnamese team defended its championship title with 8 gold medals.
