The inland project, called Golden Hills, will cover 400 hectares in Lien Chieu district, about 10 kilometres south of the city centre and close to well-known Hai Van pass.
Trung Nam Land announced to pump about $1.67 billion into the project to build residential areas, commercial centres, suppermarkets, hotels, golf course, schools, a hospital and entertainment centres.
According to the developer, the entire project will be completed in 2014. The developer signed contracts with US’s Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP and Singapore’s CICADA Design Pte Limited for designing the project.
